Beltway Demolition is a demolition and site clearance contractor working across Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. We handle the stage of a project most people would rather not think about — the part where a building has to come down, the ground has to be made safe, and somebody has to keep the paperwork straight.
The company is backed by WMB LLC, which holds a construction contractor licence in the State of Maryland. That is what allows us to act as contractor of record on licensed work, and it is the first document we hand a client who asks.
You will deal with the same person from the site walk to the final invoice. On a job where the surprises are usually underground, that matters more than an org chart.
