Who we are

Beltway Demolition is a demolition and site clearance contractor working across Maryland. We handle the stage of a project most people would rather not think about — the part where a building has to come down, the ground has to be made safe, and somebody has to keep the paperwork straight.
Beltway Demolition is the demolition division of WMB LLC, a Maryland contractor based in National Harbor that holds Maryland Home Improvement Commission license #154299 and Maryland Home Builder Registration #9597. That is what allows us to act as contractor of record on licensed work, and it is the first document we hand a client who asks.
You will deal with the same person from the site walk to the final invoice. On a job where the surprises are usually underground, that matters more than an org chart.
Hazardous materials such as asbestos and lead paint are handled by licensed abatement partners, not by us; we arrange the survey and schedule their work so it does not hold up the job. See our services or the FAQ for how a project runs.
