What we do
Each one is available on its own. Most jobs use several, in this order.

Asbestos, lead paint and other regulated materials have to be dealt with before a structure comes down. We do not perform abatement ourselves: we arrange the survey, bring in licensed abatement contractors and sequence their work ahead of demolition.

Material worth more sold than dumped is recovered, and the value comes off the invoice.
